The confirmation email message is sent automatically once the person successfully completes the registration process.

In case attendee/buyer does not receive the confirmation email, you can resend the email from your Dashboard.

To resend a copy of confirmation email to an attendee's use the Actions drop-down menu from your View Orders page. Click View Orders in the Manage menu to get started!

1. Go to your Event Dashboard


2. Open the "Manage" menu and click on "View Orders".



3. On the drop-down menu of “Action” button click “Resend Confirmation email”. 


4. Fill up email id you require to resend the confirmation email.
