You may want to send your personalized invitation to your VIPs or your friends. Instead of asking them to register on the event site, you can send them a customized invitation email to their inbox.

The invitation email can be customized with a personalized message and header image to be engaging. To customize the invitation email,

  • Go to My Events>> Edit Event>> Set Up >> Other Settings >> Email Template >> Invitation Email Template

  • Click Edit Email

  • Set up the detailed information in the following fields as shown in the picture below.

Custom From Name: The sender's name is shown in the recipients' mailbox. For example, you can add the organizer or Event Name in it

Custom Reply-To Email: An email address to which recipients can reply. You can add your EventNook Account email or your co-worker's email, who is the in-charge of the event invitation

Custom Subject: You can edit the Subject line of this email based on your email contents

  • You can add the banner in the invitation email by clicking on Add Banner

  • Write the invitation email context in the text box

  • Click Save Changes to save all the setups
