EventNook allows you to create a donation ticket easily if you organize fundraising events, disaster relief, or recovery events. Here are a few steps on how to create a donation ticket.

Please note that you need to set or create a ticket type under the "Ticket & Fee" setting before activating a donation option to that ticket type.

There are two options-

  • Unless you limit the donation amount, create a FREE ticket.

  • If you want to limit the minimum amount of donation, create the PAID ticket by filling up the donation amount under the Price box.

Then, to activate the donation option,

  • Go to My Events>> Edit Event>> Setup>> Other Settings>> Advanced Settings.

  • You will see the Create Donation Ticket Option and click on the Edit button.

  • Click on Edit of the donation ticket type.

  • Tick the box of Donation.

  • Click the Save Changes to save all the setups.
