You can download your guest list anytime after your event has gone live. You can save Order ListAttendee List, and Check-In List to your computer or Google Drive. Here is the detailed instructions on how to do so:

Order List Export

Order List contains information about each order placed. Some fields are Invoice Number, Order Status, Payment Type, Tax, Discounts, and Total Amount.

1. Go to Order Management 

Order Management

On your Event Dashboard, click on Manage on the upper left, and then, in the dropdown menu, click on View Orders.

 

2. Select Orders

You can choose which kind of orders you want to download by filtering on this page.

Select Orders

Choose which type of order you want to view, and then click on View.

 

3. Export Data

You can download the information to your computer or save it to Google Drive.

Google Drive

Click on the Google Drive Save button to save the document to the Google Drive of your current account. If you want to switch account, simply click on change to do so.

 

Export List As Excel

Click on Export List As Excel to download the list to your computer.

 

Attendee List Download

Attendee List contains information about each attendee. This information includes all the information collected by the registration form, ticket status, Discount Code, and Invitation Code.

1. Go to Attendee Management

On your Event Dashboard, click on Manage, and, in the dropdown menu, click on View Attendees.

 

2. Select Attendee Type

Select Orders

You can choose which kind of attendees you want to download by filtering on this page.

 

3. Export Data

You can download the information to your computer or save it to Google Drive.

Google Drive

Click on the Google Drive Save button to save the document to the Google Drive of your current account. If you want to switch account, simply click on change to do so.

 

Export As Excel

Click on Export List As Excel to download the list to your computer.

 

Check-In List Download

Check-In List contains information about each attendee's check-in information: Check-In Status, Check-In Time, the staff that checked him/her in, tagging, etc.

1. Go to Attendees Check-In feature

On your Event Dashboard, click on Manage - Attendees Check-in.

 

2. Export Check-in List

Export Check-in list

Click on Export to Excel to download the check-in list.
