If your event has multiple sessions, you might want to consider using our Multi-session Check-in feature. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need this feature, and we will set up the check-in sessions on your event backend.
Here is a guide on how to check attendees in for multi-sessions:
1. Log in to EventNook Pro App
You can quickly find and install EventNook Pro in your App Store. After installing, you will see a login page. We usually recommend login with QR Code. For detailed instructions on QR Code login, please refer to our article: QR Code Login to Check-in App.
2. Go to Session Check-in
Click on SESSION CHECK-IN button.
In this page, you can select the which session you want to check your attendees in.
3. Check attendees in
On this page, you will see the attendees and ticket types permitted to attend this session (e.g. the left session is opened to three ticket types, while the right session is opened only to Members).
You can check attendees in either manually or by QR Code.
To use Manual check-in, click on the Manual button at the bottom of the page. You can search for their name or email. After finding their information, swipe right and click on the green tick to check them in.
To use QR Code Check-in, click on the QR Code button at the bottom of the page. Aim your camera to a QR Code. It will usually show a tick. If the attendee is not permitted to attend this session, it will show "Invalid Ticket."
