View Orders

In the Report section, you can check the total quantity and amount of the registration orders in View Orders. In the View Orders tab, you will see the details of each order, such as:

  1. Order No. and the Status of each order

  2. Total ticket quantity and date ordered,

  3. Invoice No., Payment Type, and Currency,

  4. Other detailed information of both the order and attendees.

Please take a look at the following steps to view orders.

  • From the main page, go to Manage My Events Manage View Orders

  • Filter the orders by choosing the order status (Confirmed, Pending, Canceled, Incomplete) to check the orders' total quantity and amount

  • You can filter specific orders by using the Advanced Search feature. Under Advanced Search, you can filter and search by entering:

    • Email of the buyer

    • First Name, Last Name of the buyer

    • Order number (eg, 7277781081DE80F)

    • Order status (Confirmed, Pending, Canceled, Incomplete)

    • Payment type (Cheque, Bank transfer, Onsite/Cash, PayPal, Invoice, etc.)

    • Ticket type

    • Discount (filter orders with discount code and without discount)

  • You can also download the overall reports of all orders and any filtered orders as an Excel file (.xls, .xlsx). Click Export, and the file will be downloaded into your device.


View Attendees

You can check the attendees' detailed registration information list in View Attendees in the Report section. In the View Attendees tab, you will see the details of each attendee, such as:

  1. Order No. and Order Date

  2. Ticket Status and Name

  3. Discount Code (if any), Currency, and Ticket Price

  4. Other detailed information of both the attendees and order.

Please take a look at the following steps to view attendees.

  • From the main page, go to Manage My Events Manage View Orders

  • Filter the orders by choosing the attendee type:

    • All Attendees (Approved, Pending, Canceled),

    • All Tickets or Certain Types of Ticket,

    • Check-in Status (Checked-in or Not Checked-in), and/or

    • Order Date

  • You can filter the specific orders by using the Advanced Search feature. Under Advanced Search, you can filter and search by entering:

    • First Name, Last Name of the attendee

    • Email of the attendee

    • Attendees Status (Approved, Pending, Canceled)

    • Ticket type

    • Discount (filter orders with discount code and without discount)

    • Fields of the registration form (company name, job title, etc.)

  • You can also download the overall reports of all attendees and any filtered attendees information as an Excel file (.xls, .xlsx). Click Export and the file will be downloaded into your device.
