The event organizer may want to check the order details and view the invoices or receipts from the system even though the invoice and receipt are sent to the buyer in their registration email. To do so, you can follow the following steps.
Click the Manage tab >> View Orders.
Find the order you want to view details - you can do so by searching their emails or names on top of the page.
Click on View, and in the dropdown menu.
Click on View Details, View Receipt, or View Invoice.
The registration details of each order can be checked in View details.
In View Details, you can see:
The registration summary of each order - the ticket type, quantity, and price
The registered buyer information/ primary contact information and
The attendee’s registration information details.
