A guide to help you see registrants order details, invoices, and receipts through EventNook platform.

As the event organizer, you may want to check the order details and view the invoices or receipts from EventNook system even though invoices and receipts had been sent to the buyer in their registration email.

Please take a look at the following steps.

  • From the main page, go to Manage My Events β†’ Manage β†’ View Orders

  • Find the order you want to view details ━ you can do so by searching their emails or names on top of the page ━ and clicking on View. Here you will see:

    • Details of the Order Information - registrant's information details

    • Order Summary - the ticket type, quantity, and price

    • Primary Contact - registered buyer information/ primary contact information

  • You can also see the View Receipt and View Ticket by clicking the Action button.
