Guide to help you resend the confirmation email to registrants through EventNook platform

EventNook allows you to resend the confirmation email of the existing registered guests or order if they do not receive the confirmation email for some reason. This is a short video guide for how to resend the confirmation emails.

The following is the step-by-step instruction for Resending confirmation emails.

  • From the main page, go to My Events ›› Select an event

  • Manage ›› Report ›› View Orders

  • Search the Order you want to view the details. You can also search the order by their emails or names at the top of the page.

  • Click on View on the registration you want to re-send the confirmation email.

  • There is Resend confirmation email in the Action toggle button in the drop-down menu. You will see the registrant's email and registration details.

You can check the add CC email in the confirmation email option and enter the emails you want to send that email copy.

EventNook allows you to CC the confirmation email to up to three emails. Your email (as the event owner) will be the default email.
