This function is a useful tool which is displayed in the check-in app. It is useful when you arrange the seating plan for the event or you want to divide the attendees into groups/cohorts and you can show the attendee the table number or the group that he/she belongs to on arrival on the event day after check-in. See the details below.

  • Go to My Events>>Edit Event>>Check-in>>Check-in Setting>>Tagging Attendee

  • You can search the registered attendee by entering their tagging, name, email, ticket code, or order no. The potential registered attendee list is shown below for you.

  • Check the box that you want to give tagging to the attendee and click Tag Attendee.

  • Enter the tagging in the box you want to give to the selected attendee.

  • Click Apply.

  • You can see that the assigned tagging is updated in the list.

  • If you want to change the assigned tagging to the attendee, you can simply select the attendee and enter the newly assigned tagging and apply it - the same with the steps shown above.

  • You can check the Include Pending box if you want to search and assign tagging for the pending registration attendees.

  • In Export, you can download an excel file and check the attendees with assigned tagging.
