How to Edit Guest Information in Bulk

EventNook allows you to efficiently edit guest information in Bulk. The Bulk Edit feature will be useful when you need to edit the bulk of the guest list for information such as updating Zoning, Table Number, Category of Guest such as Speaker, VIP to prepare the manage guests for event day onsite registration.

You can access the Edit Bulk feature through

  • From the Main Page, go to My Events β†’ Dashboard β†’ Manage β†’ Bulk Edit

  • Select a field you want to edit, you can also filter the attendees by search criteria.

  • The Next button will direct you to edit the information, the blue outline will show you the chosen field ready to be edited.

  • Click on Save Changes after you are satisfied
