Instead of editing the guest information one by one, you can efficiently edit guest information in Bulk. The Bulk Edit feature will be particularly useful when you need to edit the bulk of the guestlist for information such as updating Zoning, Table Number, Category of Guest such as SPEAKER, VIP to prepare the manage guests for event day onsite registration.

You can access the feature through My Events> Manage> Registration> Bulk Edit.

  • On the page, select a field you want to edit. You can also filter the attendees by search criteria.

  • The Next button will direct you to Edit the information and Save, where the blue outline will show you the chosen field ready to be edited. After you are satisfied, click on the save changes to keep the edits.
