Unique Field
In an event, it is common that one registrant may have registered twice or maybe more since they may have forgotten that they have registered before. This can cause some trouble for you when processing the database. EventNook provides the unique field feature that prevents duplication in your event.
From the main page, go to My Event -> Manage -> Settings
Go to the Registration Form and see the Advanced Form Settings under the Standard Fields.
Click on the Edit button in Unique Field and set which of the existing categories that you’d want to make unique. This can prevent duplication in the registrants data (like email or NRIC/Passport number).
Click on Apply Changes to implement the settings. You can also click on the Remove Unique Field if you want to change your mind.
