EventNook allows you to permit your attendees to edit/cancel their own order when needed. This can make it easier for your attendees when they want to change their arrival date or update their passport number. To enable these, please refer to the following steps

  • Go to Manage My Events -> Manage -> Setting

  • Choose the Registration Setting and go to My Order Setting

  • Enable the Self-Edit and Self-Cancellation. You can enable both or just one, for this example, we’re going to enable both to show you how it works
