EventNook provides QR Code Scan fast login feature for the EventNook Kiosk Check In-App, besides the manual username and password login. The feature can expedite the login process when there are many check-in counters in the event. The following is the step-by-step instruction for how to create QR Login.
As the scan will direct you immediately to the check-in page, this feature simplified the need of sharing your username and password with part-time volunteers and/or event staff
From the main page, go to Manage My Event → Manage → Setting
Go to Check-in → App Login QR, click on the +Create Login QR Code
Fill in your Counter ID and Passcode, click on the Create button.
The system will create a QR Code upon clicking Create button. You can edit your expiry date in the box below and update the changes.
When all is ready, you can log in with the new QR Code.
You can create more than one QR Code through the App Login QR link in the setting.
