EventNook provides QR Code Scan fast login feature for the EventNook Kiosk Check In-App, besides the manual username and password login. The feature can expedite the login process when there are many check-in counters in the event.

As the scan will direct you immediately to the check-in page, this feature simplified the need of sharing your username and password with part-time volunteers and/or event staff
  • From the main page, go to Manage My Event Manage Setting

  • Go to Check-in App Login QR, click on the +Create Login QR Code

  • Fill in your Counter ID and Passcode, click on the Create button.

  • The system will create a QR Code upon clicking Create button. You can edit your expiry date in the box below and update the changes.

  • When all is ready, you can log in with the new QR Code.

You can create more than one QR Code through the App Login QR link in the setting.
