When the registrants complete the registration on the event website, they will be shown the Thank You page with the default message set up by EventNook’s system. You can easily customize and add messages or information that you want to inform the registrants upon completion of the registration successfully.
Please refer to the following steps to customize the Thank You page.
From the main page, go to My Event -> Manage -> Setting
Go to Site Content -> Thank You Page.
Click anywhere inside the box to edit and customize. After everything’s perfect, click on the Save Changes to save all of your progress.
You can customize for both confirmed orders and pending orders.
Try to order a ticket for trial and see the final result of your Thank You Page.
